About Rockingham County Gun Club

RCGC is situated on 85 acres. Club facilities include a rifle range with 20 benches, and target boards at 100 and 200 yards; a rimfire range with 10 benches, and target boards at 25 and 50 yards, and a rimfire pistol pit; a utility range with 25 and 50 yard target boards; three centerfire pistol-only ranges; six trap fields; and three skeet fields. The cinder block building just inside the gate houses men’s and women’s restrooms and showers which are handicap accessible. The clubhouse was completed in 2014. It features a large meeting room, lounge, kitchen, restrooms, Board room and office. In addition, there is a large screened back porch overlooking the trap fields. Members are entitled to use the club facilities 365 days a year from sunrise to sunset. A member’s spouse, dependents, and guests are welcome when accompanied by the member.
