      I've been going to the Shooting Gallery for about 12 years to shoot at their range and also purchase guns and supplies and they had always been gr See More I've been going to the Shooting Gallery for about 12 years to shoot at their range and also purchase guns and supplies and they had always been great. Recently they have seen a change in owership or management and the service has diminished greatly. They're hours of operation have decrease so now they are only open for 6 1/2 hours. I just purchased a rifle from them and had a bad experience. I filled out the paperwork and paid in full initially. The weapon was not in stock and had to be ordered. I was told it should arrive in 7 days. The waiting period was 10 so this wouldn't be a problem. I did request a left handed rifle IF they coulld find one, but it was no big deal. After 10 days I called and it wasn't in yet. At the 14 day mark I received a call and was told they couldn't find a left handed grip. I reply that it wasn't an issue and I just wanted the rifle with any grip. I was told by the manager I could get a Full refund if I wanted. At the 18 day mark I swung in and asked if my gun was in yet. They said not yet. I asked about the consequences of not getting the rifle before the background check (30 days)was up. They remarked they would cover the cost of the entire purchase since they couldn't produce the weapon in time. On the 25th day I went in and asked about my gun. The said it wasn't in. I asked if they had ANY idea of when it would come in or have a tracking number of the shipper. Again they had no answers for me. I then requested my money back since they hadn't a clue of if it would come in and I was offered a full refund. They started the process and was going to charge me a $50 cancellation fee as per their policy. I stopped the transaction and said I was told a full refund and mentioned their manager offered it to me. The said "he's not here today and we can't confirm that." So I said "so I basically have to wait until the 30 days is up to get the full refund?" They came back with "who ever told you that?" I pointed at the gentleman who I had spoke to earlier that month. Then the mentioned that the manager would make "some sort of deal" with me if it didn't come in by the 30th day. Pretty shady if you ask me. The sale of firearms are very strictly regulated. Well luckily the gun came in on the two days later and I received the call. I will attempt to pick it up with out any incident. Needless to say my business will be going elseware after this.
