Your crew See More Your store is a out door mans dream. But your counter service sucks!! I have spent over $4,000 in gear the last 6 months at your Vegas store. Your crew at the rod and reel counter are rude and act like they hate being at work.I purchased 3 rods and reels from Louiz 6 weeks ago.He forgot to put the extra spool in the box for my Stradic 3000 reel.I went back the following week and he said he could not find it and would order me one.Still no spool. Then i was informed by Javier he never placed the order. What Liars!!! I will go back to Cabela's online. They a very helpfull and want my buisness. Great store... terrible service.

The salesman told me he had 2 of that particular shotgun in stock. When I went down there a half an hour later at 9:00 p.m., the same salesman told me they were sold out of the shotgun I wanted, and denied ever having told me what he told me over the phone. With liars working at this store, I guess potential customers can't let their fingers do the walking, because they tell you what you want to hear just to get you in the door.

went to the store here in vegas last night, saw the items to be sold durring the 5 hour sale(mainly the jeans) found my size asked a sales person abou See More went to the store here in vegas last night, saw the items to be sold durring the 5 hour sale(mainly the jeans) found my size asked a sales person about quanity he assured me they had plenty in the back if by chance they ran out, drove all theway back this morning arrived 2 hours before the sale was over to find my size and most all the other average sizes were gone, when i asked for a rain check they told me no, to add to all my frustration there were 0 shopping carts the lines at the cashiers were a minumum of 30 min wait, my review extremely poor organization for an event of this size. I have been going to Bass Pro Shop range for about a year and a half and I have found it is one of the better ranges in Las Vegas. They do not require you to purchase ammo from them, where as all the other ranges do, at a "over priced" amount of course. The range time is $10.00 for 1/2 hour but they are not clock watchers and I have ran over the 1/2 hour many times with no issues. The person(s) operating the range are polite, courteous and very knowledgeable of all weapons. The only other ranges that I have found to compare to Bass is the Clark County Range on Decatur and Hidden Hills in Boulder. I would recommend this range to anyone that is just out for some "indoor" practice or just some fun shooting.

Dale, an elderly gentleman working the gun booth was knowledgable and took plenty of his time. He thoroughly explained the nice variety of their gun inventory. He was not a salesman, but more like a friend! :-) The store is organized, the staff is friendly, and the gun selection and prices are VERY reasonable! The shooting range is clean, prices are $10/30mins...and you CAN bring your own ammo at no addt'l cost. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Weak selection on self-defense and handguns. Staff is not overly helpful but pleasant when asked. Ammo variety is strong although keeping certain odd (esp. military)calibers in stock has been an issue (5.56 mm, .303, 5.7, etc.) Nice blackpowder selection. Shotgunning supplies redaily available.

BAIT & SWITCH Ad clearly stated a sales price and after a 30 minute drive, the manager just stumbled with a poor excuse of "well...um...there was a mis-print..." For a $14 difference, they should have just honored their own "mis-print". Instead, they lost a client who regularly spends a ridiculous amount of money there. Great store - terrible management. Report Abuse View all 3 comments Sandra WORST customer service EVER . purchase a 2012 24 Fishing Barge it broke down while we were on vacation. I paid a visit to the Las Vegas Bass Pro Shop yesterday. I was on my way home to CA. and thought I would see if it was any better than the store near See More I paid a visit to the Las Vegas Bass Pro Shop yesterday. I was on my way home to CA. and thought I would see if it was any better than the store near my home. I read the ratings on the web site which weren’t to good.. My experience was great. From the first person who asked me if they could help right down to the nice lady who was at the register, all were great. While I was shopping Kathi asked me if I was aware of the sale items. I said no so she proceeded to show me. She spent quite a bit of time with me. I was impressed. I spent about $150.00 on clothes. The next time I am in Vegas I will surely stop by and do my shopping.

This place is great to go look at new equipment, but the only thing I will buy there is clothing. The prices on other items is much too expensive. I See More This place is great to go look at new equipment, but the only thing I will buy there is clothing. The prices on other items is much too expensive. I can order from Cabela's on-line at a lower cost, or go to Dick's or Big 5. The customer service in lackluster at best. I called one day and was told they do bore sighting at no cost, but after I drove there, I was told there would be a cost associated because I did not purchase the rifle and scope from them. I probably did a better job at bore sighting than they would have.

Nice indoor range for bows and crossbows. Price is nice and cheep. Staff is frendly and know what they are doing. Shooting range is 100% better than another indoor range that burnt down.
