For work my dad drives armored vans. Just last month he and a fellow co-worker where on lunch and stopped at the loveland, CO store. They were going to buy a good expensive gift for there boss and other co-workers. There is a sign on the door that says that any fire arms that will be sold must be checked by the manager. My dad had his Taurus 45 in a tactical holster. He was also in uniform and had a badge. A worker followed him and his co-worker through the whole store and proceeded to try and pull the goun out of the holster. Even though it was loaded even one in th chamber and off safety. My dad stopped and pulled a knife for defense. The woeker continued to cause issues. Then the manager came up and told the worker to f off. Then took the gun and laied in to my dad. Even though he was in uniform and wering a badge. Then my dad took the gun back, emptied it and said that he is working, and why would anyone do that in the first place, thats just asking for an accident. Then the manager had the guts to say well congrats for knowing that. I'm sorry for all the bull s. You may now leave. All of this was done right in front of a store full of customers. Sportsmans warehouse has no respect for any budy in a badge. They would rather spit on you and through you in the dump. Our thoughts is that that is stubid and that they would even do that to a cop. We will never go back. EVER. And we recomend it too all.
