I called at the end of the first week to just check on the progress, was told another week. So I called a week later and the person on the phone told me that no one would ever give a time frame on repairs and to call back in 20 minutes and he will do some research for me. This is unacceptable, as a customer on the phone there is no reason what-so-ever for me to call back to check on the status of my repair. Both times I went into the store I was not greeted friendly and there was this general sense of attitude from the employee's. Once I get my pistol back from them I plan on finding another shop to work on my guns. For purchases I would recommend Fowlers (not the cheapest but the friendliest) in Orange and for a local range that treats their customers with dignity and respect would be OC Indoor in Brea.

He is keen on his word and if he promises you something (he offered to test fire a firearm of mine that I brought in for gunsmithing to see if it works ok) he keeps his word! The range is decent, I've shot there before. I got my HSC from these guys, fast, convenient, efficient service. As for gunsmithing, it can get quite pricey at 70 bucks an hour. I've used them for gunsmithing 3 times total, the first time to get a shotgun cleaned, which I felt they did an average job on, the 2nd time they cleaned a semi-auto rifle of mine, which they did and AWESOME job on, then the 3rd time I felt they overcharged me to install a bayonet lug on a rifle (I did not have the tools to remove the front sight to install the lug myself). I suppose their gunsmithing is good, if you can fork the cash and at some times wait a loooooong time before they finish all the LE gunsmithing orders before they finally get to yours. I would shoot here, I would definitely take my HSC here, and I might leave gunsmithing jobs here, but I would not buy their overpriced guns though, nor would I use them to transfer firearms from out of state. They are good people though.

I went there today for the very first time and had a great experience. I will go back!

Good range with judicious people that do a good job. Expect a crowd on the weekend and it is primarily a range, so take that into consideration. The range staff is very good on the safety issues, and members like myself appreciate that. I like it and they offer gunsmithing on the premises. So, if there is a line, be patient or come back later. If you re a bone head, stick with MW3.

I have been to this range twice in the last couple of weeks. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the range is very well maintained.

Saw their website and had big expectations of a great one stop shop for all my gun and shooting needs. So, went there 2:00PM Sat afternoon to look around and buy a new gun. The place is tiny! Had to wait in line behind 4 other people waiting to shoot on their 5 lane firing range. I did look at their long gun rack of 15 rifles/shotguns and pistol case of 30 handguns. Mostly tactical. The staff (of 1) was courteous and apologized he did not know how to sell guns and asked I make the 2 hour round trip back during the week when someone who knows how to sell guns was there!
